2025 Seniors + Parents: If you plan on completing your FAFSA at MCHS on February 12th, please make sure you follow and complete this checklist! Without this information, you will not be able to complete your application. Please email your counselor if you have questions! There will also be a general financial aid meeting for anyone interested on January 30th at 6PM in the auditorium.
Due to extremely low temperatures and expected wind chills in the single digits and/or possibly approaching 0 degrees, Murray County Schools will be closed on Tuesday, January 21, and Wednesday, January 22.
The combination of extremely low temperatures and wind chill poses significant challenges, particularly for children waiting outside for buses as well as the loading and unloading of our special needs buses. These temperatures may also present challenges that affect bus operations and building maintenance.
Stay warm and safe! For updates please continue to monitor our official communication channels. Schools will provide specific notifications regarding any changes or cancellations to scheduled extracurricular events.
