Kevin Henry, an Engineering/Electronics teacher at North Murray High School ,was chosen as the Murray County Schools Teacher of the Year. Mr. Henry and other school level Teachers of the Year were recently recognized at a banquet held at North Murray High School.
Mr. Henry works on unique projects as class assignments that students really enjoy. He is the advisor for the Robotics program who have competed at the regional, state, and national levels. He is always willing to help students and staff does so with a positive attitude. Through his teaching and leadership, the NMHS Electronics program became industry certified in 2019. He was also selected as the 2018 Georgia TAPP Ambassador.
Murray County Schools is certainly proud of Mr. Henry and all the teachers who are committed to student success.
